Dadi Nani Foundation

The Dadi Nani Foundation organised a three-day all-India Symposium on Grandmothers: Role and Status in Indian Families and Society in Pune April 4-6, 2008.

The main objective of the Symposium was to initiate the academic process of acquiring, with some precision and clarity, understanding about the changing role and status of grandmothers and great-grandmothers in 21st century India.
